World renowned as one of Africa’s finest game lodges, Londolozi provides luxurious accommodation, fine cuisine and exceptional service. It is situated on the Sand River at the very heart of the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. This reserve in turn forms part of the Greater Limpopo Transfrontier Park, a vast and growing area, currently covering 6 million acres and incorporating the famous Kruger National Park.

This rich wild wonderland assures exceptional game drives and a true wilderness experience. Breeding herds of elephant and buffalo roam throughout the Londolozi area ,while white rhino and lion concentrations are amongst the highest recorded on the African continent.

Varty Camp consists of eight chalets and four suites, each with private swimming pools framed by timber decks, overlooking the riverbank. The living spaces are raised off the ground and shaded under a cathedral of trees.

Rates Include:
Accommodation, three meals daily, teas & coffees, two game drives daily in open land rovers including refreshments, walking safaris (1 hour) accompanied by experienced trackers (subject to availability), emergency medical evacuation insurance, laundry, soft drinks, house wines, local brand spirits and beers, 14%Vat.

Rates Exclude:
Telephone calls, curio shop purchases, gratuities, transfers to and from lodge, adventures at Phinda private game reserve, Champagne, cognacs, cellar wines, cigars and cigarettes, bar account (including Personal bars), Conservancy or park entrance fees (where applicable), 1% Tourism levy charged per person rate per night.

 

Extra information

Game Drives: Londolozi has arguably the best game viewing in all the Sabi Sands. There are two scheduled drives – dawn and dusk – at the best times to view game on the move.

Walks:  Exploring on foot (in the company of a ranger) is really encouraged as a means of truly engaging in the natural environment. You could consider setting out on a daylong trail or a shorter bush walk.

Children:  Children under 12 years are accommodated by prior arrangement
