Pestana Inhaca Lodge is located on the beach front and is only 15 minutes by plane from Maputo. The lodge is famous for its wonderful gardens and its warm hospitality.

Inhaca Island has been protected since 1976 and still boasts huge areas of untouched vegetation and expanses of velvety water. The Island of Inhaca is located 10 minutes by plane (34 km's) from Maputo and situated between bushy colonies of coconut trees and luxurious tropical vegetation and is famous for its garden beaches and warm translucent waters.

The island, a secure and tranquil location, is a stopover for yachts, sailboats and cruises in search of a tropical alternative in the velvet waters of the Indian Ocean.

This picturesque resort offers a total of 40 rooms (20 standard and 20 family rooms), divided into doubles or twin bedded.  All the rooms have DSTV television, tea & coffee making facilities, mosquito nets and en-suite bathroom with shower.  The rooms are set amongst magnificent coconut palms and exotic gardens.

Complimentary activities include non-motorised water sports (wind surfing, canoeing and paddling), and the use of scuba diving and snorkelling equipment is available for Pestana Inhaca Lodge guests.

Conference and weddings: The Lodge is the perfect place to celebrate a special day: a wedding, anniversary or birthday. The Conference room has natural lighting and is air-conditioned.
